Parent Helpers

We are looking to welcome parent helpers back into the school.  This program previously saw a range of parents engaging across the school in a variety of programs.  In 2022 we are looking for expressions of interest from our parent community for the following. 

In-class programs such as reading intervention, including small group reading sessions working with our amazing staff in supporting our students.  

Gardens and grounds program, an opportunity exists for green thumbs to work alongside our exceptional groundsman Jarrod in revitalization programs and working with students across the school with our kitchen garden. 

If you are interested in becoming a parent helper and have a current Working With Children Check (or are happy to arrange one) please refer to the documents attached and contact the school via email at ballan.ps@education.vic.gov.au
