WEBINAR FOR

YEAR 11/12 PARENTS & CARERS

Wednesday 7 September - 6:30pm

How to Help Your Child Get Ready for the Exam Room

We’re excited to announce that parents of our school  have exclusive access to Elevate Education’s Parent Webinar Series this year.

Elevate works with our students, delivering high-impact workshops on study skills, motivation, well-being, and exam preparation.

By tuning into their webinar series, you will learn how to better support your children at home by reinforcing the skills they learn at school.

Here's what Elevate will be covering:

✅ What your child should be doing in the final week before any test or assessment

✅ How to establish a good routine for the night before

✅ How to optimise exam-room performance

The webinar is run live online from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm, where the presenter will share Elevate’s key research and skills and will conduct a live Q&A so you can ask them questions directly.

If you are unable to make the webinar, don't worry! If you sign up to attend, you'll receive the webinar recording on Thursday morning.

CHARGE DEVICES

Students are reminded to make sure that devices (chromebooks/notebooks) are fully charged before coming to school each day.

The devices are a very important learning tool that should be ready to use at school every day.

WORK WEAR

Looking for some Trade Work Wear?  States School Relief have put together a great work wear package, based on the common TAFE clothing requirements.

State Schools’ Relief is a not-for-profit organisation that improves the lives of tens of thousands of disadvantaged Victorian students, and their families each year.  Profit from the clothing sales goes back to supporting disadvantaged students and families.

SCHOOL UNIFORM REMINDER

All students are required to wear correct school uniform every day, including travelling to and from Lilydale High School.

The co-operation of parents and carers is expected in delivering a high standard of appearance for students.

School uniform policy is determined by School Council and reviewed on a regular basis.

Uniform requirements are available through LOWES Lilydale.
