ALL WELCOME – WORSHIP SERVICES AT ST PAUL

Everyone is welcome to join us on Sunday morning for worship. Worship times are 8.30am for a Traditional Service and 10.00am for a more Contemporary services with Godly Play on offer for Primary School aged children. Tea and Coffee and a time of gathering is held most weeks after both worship services.

PLAYGROUP @ ST PAUL

Playgroup has a new Co-ordinator – my name is Kylie Koelman and I am Mama to Isaiah (year 4) and Emily (year 2).  I have been involved with Playgroup @ St Paul for ten years and I am passionate about watching and helping kids develop in their years before school.

Playgroup is run with the assistance of volunteers from the Church and we are here to support you and your family in a variety of ways, starting by welcoming you and offering you a cup of tea or coffee.  We do activities with kids like playing with playdough, exploring the sensory table, helping with craft activities, having imaginary tea parties, building train tracks, driving toy cars and playing with the dollhouse to name a few. We also love to cuddle babies and give your arms a rest.  We have a wide variety of toys, which are rotated weekly, suitable for babies through to pre-school age children.

After playtime we wash up ready for snack time and then we sit and listen to a story and sing some songs, before choosing a sticker and going home.

We are in the Hall every Tuesday during the school term, from 9-10.30, but we welcome people in anytime from 8.30 onwards while we set up, making it easy to catch us at the school drop off.  Playgroup is also low cost, at $2 per family each time you attend.

This week we built with kinetic sand in the messy play tray, played in the giant castle and read the book Giraffe is Lost.  Next week we will do a paint stamping activity, play with coloured rice in sensory play and find out what happens when Elephant and Piggie are invited to a party.

We currently have a few vacancies, so now is a quieter time to come and try Playgroup @ St Paul

For more details, contact me in the Church Office (where I also work) on 8262 4690, email me at office@stpaul-church.org.au or catch me around the school.
