Year 10 students took advantage of not attending Country Week and headed down to the Margaret River region to take a look at a couple of farms.

First stop was at Wulura Farms.  Brad Harnett (ex-student and Ag Advisory member), Manager of the property, spoke to students about the corporate production of olives, grapes and beef. 

Second stop was ‘Big Valley’ Eco Tourism Farm.  Kylie Silverthorn (ex-student) works on her family farm.  Kylie spoke about the concept of regenerative agriculture practices and pastures, along side their sheep operation.
