From Our Students-

Movie Night Soon!

FROM THE STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL:

Get excited! On Friday 30 July, M.P.S will be having a movie night!

There will be separate movies for the juniors and seniors; Prep-2 will be viewing a G-rated movie 4.30pm-6.00pm, and Years 3-6 will view a PG-rated movie 6.15pm-8.00pm.

Tickets will be $10 and will be sold on QKR shortly.

The movies we’ll be watching are below (we've included a brief synopsis for you, too)...

For the Juniors, ‘Trolls World Tour’, shown from 4.30-6.00pm is the sequel for the much loved children’s movie ‘Trolls’. The movie is about two trolls, Poppy and Branch, who discover that they are but one of six different Troll tribes scattered over six different lands devoted to six different kinds of music: Funk, Country, Techno, Classical, Pop and Rock.

For the Seniors, ‘My Spy’, shown from 6.15-8.00pm, follows the adventures of J.J., a CIA operative, who is tasked with spying on a single mother and her daughter with tenuous links to an arms dealer, but the young girl catches J.J., forcing him to do her bidding or be exposed.

This is an S.R.C. fundraiser for new water fountains to help keep students healthy and hydrated out in the yard.

They will be in funky colours to brighten up the school and will include tap timers so that water is not wasted and will be space efficient. So... be assured that your money will be going to an excellent cause!

Make sure to buy your tickets now!

Hope to see you there!
