Student Levy 2018
Semester 1 2018 Fee Invoices have been posted to families. Semester 2 Additional Subject charges will be issued via invoice in July, 2018.
In order to assist families, we encourage payment plans, BPay preferred.
Please note, that if you have already made payments for 2018, this will be reflected in your monthly family statement (to be sent out in March 2018). All accounts should be paid by the 30th of November 2018.
Consideration to hardship arrangements in respect to payment requests is provided to families experiencing long term hardship or short term crisis on a confidential, case by case basis. We understand families may be experiencing financial difficulties and may be unable to meet the full or part payments requested. Cobram Secondary College exercises sensitivity to the differing financial circumstances of students and their families when considering parent payment fees. There are a range of support options available to support and assist parents. These can be accessed by making an appointment with the College to discuss your unique circumstances.
A copy of the College Parent Payment Policy can be found on the College website.
*Please note that students are generally required to provide their own music instrument to undertake music lessons. Please contact the school to discuss possible alternative arrangements if necessary. The cost of running a music program has continued to increase in recent times. Essential equipment and sheet music is expensive. Our policy of dividing the total cost of running the Instrumental Music program between all participating students means that the total annual cost for individuals is kept to a minimum that is far lower than the cost of private music lessons.

Term Payments – 4 equal payments to be made within 14 days after the commencement of each Term
Monthly Payments – 10 equal instalments (Commencing Thursday 1st February- 1st November 2018)
