Year 8 Outdoor Education - Coastal Program

1-5 or 8-12 May

Students in year 8 will soon be embarking on their coastal journey program.  Students will spend four days at either Bruny Island or Freycinet peninsula.  Parent information has been sent home via Operoo outlining the program.  Could parents/guardians please work with their children to help them plan and prepare their food and gear for the week.  The outdoor education google site available here has a wealth of information for students.

High School / Clemes Cross Country

Friday 28 April - Bell Street Sports Grounds

• The Year 7-12 Cross Country Carnival will be held on Friday, 28 April from 1:00pm to 3:30pm.
• For Year 7-10 students, Periods 1 to 3 are normal classes. Students will leave the School at 12.15pm and walk to Bell Street Sports Grounds with their tutor group. Students must follow the correct paths and instructions from staff when walking to the event. 
• High School students are to make their own arrangements to travel home at the conclusion of the cross-country presentation at 3.30pm.
• Year 11/12 students who choose to run need to sign up via the Google form emailed to them. A bus will depart Boa Vista Rd at 12.50pm. The bus will return at the completion of the Open race at approximately 1.45pm.
