ANZAC service

On Monday the 24th of April, CJC headed to the cenotaph at Caulfield Park for an ANZAC Day Assembly. With guests, David Southwick, Member for Caulfield and Cr. Jim Magee, Mayor of Glen Eira in attendance it was a great assembly. Our school leaders spoke beautifully and all students showed respect to those who made the ultimate sacrifice in war. We laid a wreath made by the students and observed the minute of silence in remembrance. The weather was on our side and it was one of the best ANZAC day assemblies we have held in recent years. A big thank you to the school leaders for their fantastic efforts and the students for displaying the school values during a significant event in our calendar.

I have attached an ANZAC Biscuit recipe that could go in as well, its very easy to make (I made them on Tuesday and can attest to their deliciousness), and here is the video of me baking them. I filmed it during Lockdown in 2020.
