Staffing Update
As previously published, Mr O'Hern finishes at MPRPS and we welcome back Amanda Nelson in Term 4. We congratulate Mr O'Hern on his position at Canterbury PS as Acting AP.
Erin Dawson begins her Family Leave and we welcome Mrs Amanda Martin to FD. Amanda joins us from Surrey Hills PS and is excited to be joining our community. Amanda has spent time over the course of the last two weeks of term, working with Erin and the Foundation team.
Ms Gabby Uhlendorf has decided to return to the country and has taken a position with Birregurra PS. We have begun the process of interviewing a replacement Visual Arts teacher to begin Term 4.
School Council President's Report
On behalf of School Council, I wanted to wish all families the best for the upcoming school holidays. I hope you are able to spend time outside enjoying the Spring weather, even if it is only within your 5km radius (hopefully 10km soon!).
For the teachers and staff at MPRPS who have persevered through another term of remote learning - thank you for your consistency, creativity and commitment through challenging circumstances.
A big thank-you especially to Matthew O'Hern who finishes up his role as Acting Assistant Principal this term. Matthew O'Hern has ably assisted Kim Streitberger during Amanda Nelson's leave and we wish him well in his new role. We're also delighted to welcome back Amanda Nelson in Term 4.
For parents and guardians balancing work and family commitments, hang in there! We'll be exploring new ways to connect with the school community through the MPRPS Facebook page and I encourage you to join in if you can. We're really hoping to return to on campus learning during Term 4 and see you all face to face as soon as possible.
