Year 8 Illustrated Letters

The students were tasked with creating and characterising a letter that communicated a theme. This assignment was an introduction to the Design Elements and Principles and gave kids the opportunity to use drawing tablets for the first time. Can you guess what some of these words are? 

Year 10  - Skateboard Deck Designs

The students were to design their own Skateboard Deck artwork for an existing brand. This included the redesign of their logo and new artwork for their products. The students designed and applied their artworks on actual skate decks so their work could be displayed professionally.

Year 11 - Vinyl Cover Designs

The students were tasked with redesigning an existing album cover design with a brand new direction using a variety of media such as drawing, painting, photography and image manipulation. 

Year 12 - Work In Progress Folios (still waiting on a bit more!)

The Year 12’s have been working on their individual projects ranging from logo designs, interior designs , packaging and product design. Their folios demonstrate their work accumulated over 2 terms and will seek to have their final designs finished in the next couple of weeks and will feature in a later edition of The Cheltonian.
