Performing Arts & Music at BPPS
Term 1 2022

Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2
The students from the Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2 classes will be presenting a concert on Wednesday 25th May at 7pm at the Besen Centre.
Details about tickets will be available next term.
The students have continued to practice their songs and dances.
Each class will participate in three songs and a group dance.
Year 3 and Year 4
The students in Year 3 and Year 4 have been expanding their understanding of rhythms and body percussion. They also been playing some tunes on the chime bars, getting ready for Easter.
Year 5 and Year 6
The students have continued to sing confidently and tunefully in our classes. They have now learnt 4 pieces on the xylophones. We are very lucky at BPPS to have enough instruments for the students in each class to have an instrument each, so they can develop independence through their music making.
Choir has started again!
I am very pleased to announce that the BPPS Choir (Years 3-6) has started rehearsing.
We will meet each Wednesday from 8:15am - 8:45am in the Music Room.
This morning 39 children attended rehearsal. Thanks for coming along!
If your son or daughter forgot to come or would like to join, please encourage them to come along next week.
