Note Regarding this Newsletter Edition
Due to the Newsletter Editor being sick this week, some of the stories that should have appeared in this edition will be transferred to the first newsletter next term so that photos can be included to do them justice. Apologies for the delay.
End of Term Reminders
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please see below for some end of term reminders:
- If you are going away at any stage during the school term and someone else is looking after your child/ren, you must let us know via office@mecs.vic.edu.au in case there is an emergency.
- If any of your contact details on Compass are not correct, please contact us so that we can have the most up to date information for you and your family. In an emergency, we will use whatever details we have on file to contact you.
- Please ensure you/your child checks lost property before the end of term. Any unclaimed items will be taken to the Op Shop.
- The Kiss and Drop area is becoming increasingly congested. This is a reminder that cars are NOT to park in the Kiss and Drop zone and that traffic must flow smoothly through this area. If your child/ren are not at Kiss and Drop when you arrive, please circle around again or park in the parking lot and wait for them.
- Due to RH Uniforms conducting their stocktake over the first week of the school holidays their retail stores will trade on Monday 26th June 9-5pm and CLOSE from Tuesday 27 to Friday 30 June. The stores will be back trading on Monday 3 July.
Thank you for partnering with us in these matters.
