In a captivating Year 8 incursion, MC Mantra and DJ Sizzle took to the world-famous PAC stage, inspiring students as part of the Rap & Lyrics unit for English.

MC Mantra and DJ Sizzle brought infectious energy, demonstrating the power of lyrics to engage listeners. Students were given the opportunity to perform on stage, expressing themselves through rhythm and rhyme. The incursion fostered creativity, self-expression, and confidence. Anthony delivered a touching Acknowledgement of Country before an audience of 200. Students showcased their talent as MCs and DJs, revealing a cohort full of potential.

The event encouraged students to explore storytelling, wordplay, and language. Discussions on identity, social issues, and personal experiences were sparked, connecting students with the messages conveyed through lyrics.
