Annual Fininan Foundation Fundraiser-Golf Day 2019
After a thunderstorm and threatening skies, the weather cleared to a perfect golfing day for our Annual event raising funds for the Finian Foundation. Woodlands welcomed over 60 Old Collegians who battled it out with eventual winners Chris Leeds, Glenn Franklin, Andrew Ryan and Simon Timbs. A great day for a great cause supporting current St Bede’s College students whose families are facing financial difficulties.

Happy Birthday Leo
We recently celebrated Leo Gamble’s 85th Birthday with cake, coffee and BedaBoys recent and not so recent!
Leo was a very well respected teacher of the College and as well as renowned Historian and Author of “St Bede’s College and its McCristal Origins.” Those who attended included some of his past students and Colleagues whose friendships have blossomed over 50 years.
Leo has been assisted in his recovery from a major hip operation by his Physio Chris Mannix who is also an Old Collegian graduating from the College 2011
