Grade 3 Somers Camp

All permission forms for the camp must be returned to the class teachers by Friday 22nd April.

The total balance of the camp must be paid for by Monday 30th May 2016.

Students will be at Somers camp from Wednesday 8th June to Friday 10th June, 2016.

PFA Family Portraits

Lyndhurst Primary School, in conjunction with Lisa Angus Photography is holding a Family Portrait Fundraiser.

Date: Saturday 28th May and Sunday 29th May 2016                         

Time: 9.00am – 5.00pm

Sittings are booked in 20 minute timeslots – you choose the time that best suits you. Times are allocated as forms are received. The sooner we receive form and money, the more chance you will receive your preference.

Location: Indoor Setting at the school. Lisa Angus also offers an outdoor setting, which is on a farm in Yellingbo (Yarra Valley). If you would prefer this option, please indicate outdoor on the form below.

A voucher will be given to you, and sessions are organised directly with the photographer.

Cost: $15 which entitles each family to one 20cm x 25cm family portrait. Prices for other sizes are available at the Office. All money raised from bookings goes directly to the school.

Delivery: Photos will be received approximately 2 weeks after the sitting.

All forms and $15 must be received by Friday 27th May. A PFA representative will contact you with an appointment time.

Prep Myuna Farm Excursion

On Wednesday the 15th of June 2016 the Preps will be going on an excursion to Myuna Farm. We will be participating in a range of farm activities including animal feeding, a pony ride, a train ride and farm show.

We will be leaving school at 9.00am and returning at 3pm. We will be travelling by bus.

The students will need to bring a snack and lunch in separate disposable bags with their names on the front. They will also need a named disposable water bottle.

Students will be required to wear full school uniform on the day. They will also need to wear footwear suitable for a farm and a jumper or rain jacket if the weather is cold.

The cost of this excursion will be $25.00**.

All forms and money need to be returned in an envelope with the child’s full name and class on the front. Payments need to be exact, as the Office cannot give change.

**Bus portion of the cost is non-refundable
