House Swimming Carnival

On what started as a bit of a cold and dreary day, it certainly wasn’t cool in the pool. The Andrew Campbell Shield was hotly contested and Tom Lyons was able to pull away in the last five metres to be the eventual winner, from Evalyn Hayward. This didn’t stop Evalyn as she then backed up in the Janet Sturgeon Cup and outswam the rest of the competition to be crowned winner over Tyla Armeni (last year's winner). The Houses traded results across the day as we watched great races being held across all the age groups, with all students doing their best to prove their House was the winner! Kambara/Wandarra held a slim lead going into the relay section of the day before they were able to pull away as 2022's victors!

Our attention now turns to our Athletics Carnival which is being held on Wednesday the 9th of March!
