Policies & Procedures at SHS

At Sacred Heart we have been reviewing the following Policies & Procedures:

UNIFORM

We are currently in the process of organising Lowes in Tamworth to stock our entire school uniform. If this eventuates, parents can order online and the uniform items will be delivered straight to your home address. There will also be the option to purchase in store. Until such time, please use the attachments below.

The Uniform Policy and attachments below, will be amended accordingly if the above goes ahead.

The Uniform Policy also has some alterations to the uniform as discussed at the PTF Meeting in Term 3. This was the result of the uniform survey sent to parents in Term 2. The changes to uniform include;

• Boys summer shorts and socks to change from royal blue to grey
• Navy pants added to the girls winter uniform
• A new winter jumper will be introduced with the school emblem 

There is a transition phase for these new items through until the 2023 school year however, we recommend that any new items purchased fall into line with the new uniform.

STUDENT LEADERSHIP POLICY

Please find attached the updated Student Leadership Policy. Mr Baird will send home a letter to Year 5 students with the printed Nomination for School Leader form and Student Leadership Policy. 

These updated policies will be implemented as of today, so please ensure that you read through them thoroughly.
