Assistant Principal's Report

Footy Day

What an awesome experience we all had on Tuesday for our footy day! The specialist teachers put together so many fun activities, and it was great to see so many engaging with them both online and at school. The teddy biscuit/footy jumper making in assembly was a real highlight, alongside the various challenges and competitions. Check out some of the photos which came in:

A special congratulations to ACPS students Archie Andrew and Marlon Damchev who have been nominated for Best and Fairest for the YJFL Under 11’s Brown Division (Div 2). What an amazing achievement!

Students will participate in one virtual class per week over a 10-week period. Students will also engage with learning materials using the web based, Learning Management System, Virtual School Victoria Online. Teachers who have been specifically trained for this role will run classes each week, engaging students through a range of virtual strategies. Teachers will also engage with students via forums, quizzes and blogs at Virtual School Victoria Online. Research has shown that highly able students thrive when surrounded by like-minded peers. In the virtual classroom, students will be able to connect with like-minded peers from across Victoria, enabling them to extend each other academically and personally.

What a great achievement for these students!
