Year 10 MacBeth

Last week, a group of performers from The Flying Bookworm Theatre Company's Shakespeare Without Tears group presented Macbeth for the Year 10 cohort. Three actors performed key scenes from Macbeth in both Shakespearean and modern English. This was an excellent opportunity for the students to see the play in action and solidify their understanding of the plotline and themes of the play. The students were highly engaged by the very dynamic, colourful and interactive performance. Both teachers and students were very grateful to have been involved in the experience and are hoping that the visual representation of the play will assist students in their upcoming text response essay.
