Staff Wellbeing Week
17th - 21st May
Wellbeing Professional Development Week
Cooking
Massage
Yoga
All staff had the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities throughout our Professional Development Well-being week. We all know that taking care of our wellbeing has many social, emotional and physical health benefits. The opportunity provided staff with time to focus on self-care and to step away from the usual meeting schedule. Activities that ran afterschool included,
- Cycling, mindfulness, reading, Zumba, Pilates, yoga, ceramics, local walks, volleyball, table-tennis, badminton, pizza making, board games, cookie baking, indigenous jam appreciation, personal training and neck and shoulder massages.
It was fantastic to see a large number of staff taking the time to recharge their batteries and to enjoy the company of each other whilst participating in activities to support their health and wellbeing.
