Cyber Bullying

Last Tuesday 5th June, students from Years 7 and 8 attended a cyberbullying presentation. The performance is one of a number of acts that Starrs Productions have available, with a particular focus on issues surrounding Cyberbullying and Harassment. This particular show highlighted the simple yet complex world of using technology as a means of threatening, bullying and harassing people, and clearly identified the implications of such behaviours, for victims and perpetrators alike. The show was purposeful in increasing our students’ awareness and understanding of Bullying and Harassment. We hope that through opportunities such as these, our community is able to make positive steps towards the identification, reporting and minimising of these harmful behaviours.
