Year 8 Performance

Project

Last Wednesday, 6th June Year 8 music students presented their performance projects to parents and their peers. Each student was to form a band with 3 or 4 of their peers and perform a song representative of their topic “popular music”. Chosen songs included Believer by Imagine Dragons, Sign of the Times by Harry Styles and Lego House by Ed Sheeran. The students have been working towards the performance

since the end of term 1, developing ensemble skills, teamwork, persistence and confidence to perform in front of such a large audience. Well done to all students involved.
