Pupils of the Week

The following students will be presented with their certificates at upcoming assemblies:

Monday 21st May

Asher F (PA) - For the amazing thinking she did during Maths when we collecting information from 'Yes and No' questions.  What a superstar!

Sam N (PB) - For his unique show and tells. Sam chooses such interesting things to share with the class.  He uses a loud voice to engage his audience.  Well done, Sam!

Charlotte S (12A) - For striving towards your Personal Best in all areas.  You always challenge yourself and work on your goals.  Well done!

Luke H (12B) - For his fantastic work in Mathematics.  Luke is a great problem solver.  Keep up the fantastic work.

Lenka W (12C) - For always making an active contribution to classroom discussions.  Lenka shares her thoughts and listens to the ideas of others.

Lola R (34A) - For writing a very convincing persuasive text on being able to fly.  Lola was able to explain three main reasons why flying is better than being invisible and used descriptive words, paragraphs and rhetorical questions.  Well done!

Alex S (34B) - For trying to achieve his Personal Best in literacy and numeracy lessons.  It has been great to see your growth mindset attitude more often.  Keep up the great work, Alex!

Gemma S (34C) - For always doing her Personal Best in maths.  Gemma works hard to solve addition and subtraction problems and is always eager to try more challenging work.  Great job, Gemma!

Gemma G (56A) - For your fantastic "can do" attitude that always comes with a smile.

Rodney C (56B) - For pushing himself this term and trying his Personal Best in his school work. Well done Rodney!

Monday 28th May

Reya B (PA) - For trying her Personal Best to make good choices.  It has been wonderful to see Reya working hard inside and also out in the yard.  Keep it up, Reya!

Lucy B (PB) - For trying her Personal Best.  Lucy is beginning to sound our her words when writing about her weekend.  What a star, well done, Lucy!

Tayeb L (12A) - For putting in effort during reading lessons.  You have been doing a great job practicing different reading strategies and joining in class discussions.

Lilly D (12B) - For her happy, helpful and enthusiastic attitude towards learning.  We love having you in 12B.  Keep up the fantastic work.

Ari R (12C) - For always putting in 100%.  Ari is always trying his best and challenging his own thinking.

Mia G (34A) - For the effort she put into her homework task of "Inventing a Game".  Mia created an engaging board game 'Spy Game' with great graphics and interesting captions.  Well done, Mia, you really inspired the class.

Cooper F (34B) - For his expressive and fluent reading of 'The Adventures of the Wishing Chair'.  You engaged the whole class with your exciting narrator's voice.  Great work, Cooper!

Anton D (34C) - For always coming to school with a great attitude.  You continually show Mutual Respect to everyone in our unit and are a kind and supportive friend.  You're a star!

Tom M (56A) - For always giving your Personal Best, embodying our tribal standards.  Well done.

Stephanie C (56B) - for always going above and beyond in her schoolwork. Stephanie has written some fantastic poems to show her creativity as part of her free choice writing. Well done Steph!
