Grade 1 and 2

The Grade Ones and Twos have transitioned with excitement into their classrooms, happily creating new connections with classmates and teachers. 

They have jumped into learning, exploring number patterns, consolidating short vowel sounds and using adjectives in their writing. 

As a year level community, we are investigating our CBL Big Idea of “Connections.” Students have enjoyed discussions on what a friend is, how to be a friend and how to begin and continue conversations with new people.
