Athletics Day!

We had a wonderful day at the Year 3-6 Athletics Carnival on Wednesday 18th May. 

The rain mostly stayed away and the children were able to have a great time competing in the different field and track events as well as cross ball and tunnel ball. The final standings for the house competition was 1st Perkins, (850 points), 2nd Moneghetti (835 points), 3rd Freeman (750 points) and 4th O’Neil (635 points). Well done to everyone who gave it their best effort. A big thankyou to all the parents that volunteered to help out. These days don’t run without your support so it was very much appreciated. Well done to the teachers who just snuck home in the students vs teachers vs parents shuttle relay race. 

Congratulations to Nathan Mack (6A) for coming 4th in the Primary School Boys Division Golf Tournament at Gardiner’s Run Golf Course. He moves onto the next stage which will be played later in the year.
