Music

But why a Harpsichord? Now you know.

A tremendous applause once again to all musicians and performance support who delivered such a memorable Sesquicentenary Musical Showcase on Friday evening.  From the high seas to the pillars of western art music and the Baroque era, the spontaneous energy of jazz and the heart-warming choral serenity of a sentiment through song as a grand finale, the musicians performed superbly, and the audience welcomed every moment.  Master of Ceremonies, Timothy Gilling, along with a troupe of gracious old collegians, led us through the evening of college community musical collaboration.
