Assembly Guest Performers 2021
Thank you to David Y and our String Ensemble for their performances at our final assembly of last term, and to Eamon and Isla for their performances at our most recent assembly, on Thursday 22 April. How lucky we are to have so many talented students in our school community!

Junior School Concert - Ticket Information
Our F-2 families would have received an email from me earlier this week regarding tickets and Covid guidelines for our Junior School Concert!
We are pleased to announce that tickets for this event will go on sale Monday 3 May at 9 a.m. (next Monday).
This concert is a great opportunity for our students to perform once again on the stage and we’d love to see all of our families there to cheer them on at this event!
The cost of tickets are as follows:
ADULT: $30
CHILD: $20
FAMILY (can include 3 or 4 adults): $90
Prices have been set to cover all of the costs associated with undertaking a concert of this scale. *Note that the cost of parking is included in the ticket price
As per usual, we are using the internet-ticketing site, 'Try Booking' and the direct link for purchasing tickets is: https://www.trybooking.com/BQUOU
Please remember to have either a printed or digital copy of your ticket with you on the night.
Junior School Concert - Rehearsal Permission
In preparation for their concert, the Foundation and Team 1/2 students will be having a rehearsal at the Besen Centre on the day of their concert - Tuesday 18 May. The students will travel to the Besen Centre by bus, leaving school at 9:00 a.m. and will return by 1:30pm. They will need to bring a large snack as well as a drink bottle. They will wear their normal school uniform.
We are in need of one parent helper for each class for this excursion, so if you are available and interested on Tuesday 18 May, can you please contact your child's classroom teacher directly. Parent helpers will need to have a current Working with Children Check which needs to be shown to the school office before the excursion day.
If you haven't already, please log into the Parent Portal to authorise permission for the '2021 JUNIOR SCHOOL CONCERT - Besen Centre Rehearsal - 18 May 2021' by Friday 14 May.
Production - Grade 5/6 Costume Measurements
All Grade 5/6 Parents received an email from us on Friday 12 February about providing initial measurements for their child. If you have not yet filled in the Google Form (link provided in email), please click on the link below and complete the form:
Production Parent Helpers
5/6 families would have received an email from me early in Term 1 asking for parent assistance with set building, painting, sewing, sourcing props. Unfortunately we have only a handful of families respond to this email and we are hoping that we can recruit a few more to assist us, especially with prop creation, simple set construction and painting.
