This Week's Updates

Dear Families,

This week’s update sheet should be quite brief.

The Bookfair is up and running in the Library. Most students have visited the Book Fair and some have made a wish list (remember it is a WISH list). Purchases may be made by parents before or after school Mon, Tues, Wed. The Bookfair will be packed up Wednesday afternoon. Purchases may be paid for by card (online pre payment or in person at school) or by cash at school.

COVID Safe Practices at St James

Adult visitors are reminded to follow physical distancing rules:

• Remain at least 1.5 metres from other individuals wherever possible; follow the‘one person per two square metres’ rule.
• Only have one person in small work areas.
• Avoid shaking hands, hugging or touching others.
• Avoid large gatherings indoors.
• Hold meetings outside in the open air if possible.
• Always use good hand and cough/sneeze hygiene.
• Don’t share food or drinks.
• Practise the hygiene and cleaning protocols.

Remember that:

• As a school, we must keep a record of all staff, students and visitors who attend on site for more than 15 minutes.
• As a school, we must record the name, contact details, date and time of attendance at school.

Book Club

Issue 3/2021 book orders are due back at school by:

WEDNESDAY 19th May 2021

Thank you to all those using the LOOP system to order and pay. Orders can also be placed by sending your order with payment to the office via the office/class tubs.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
