THE GREAT AUSTRALIAN VANILLA SLICE TRIUMPH 2021 – AMATEUR 

Merbein is preparing for The Great Australian Vanilla Slice Triumph, with a day of celebrations, competition and family-fun filled activities to be held throughout the day, officially opening at 9:00 am on Saturday 14th August 2021, Commercial Street Merbein.

Merbein had previously hosted this great event for 5 years and are pleased to be bringing it back to our doorsteps again. We are working closely with baking associations and bakery suppliers to present the 2021 Great Australian Vanilla Slice Triumph competitions.

We are inviting you to participate, by baking your best vanilla slice for judging on Friday 13th August 2021, with winners announced at The Great Australian Vanilla Slice Triumph on Saturday 14th August, 2021.

There are two Vanilla Slice recipes attached to get you started. The entry details, including categories, terms and conditions, available online at:

The Amateur competition vanilla slices entries are to be delivered to rear entry of Club Merbein, 108 Commercial Street, Merbein between 9am and 12pm on Friday, 13th August, 2021. Slices to be on disposable poly trays.  Alternatively slices can be transferred to our trays on arrival.

Hot Shots - Red Cliffs Tennis Club

Term 2, 2021 Community Play Coaching - 'Hot Shots' Re Cliffs Tennis Club.  

Tuesday 4-5 pm, Wednesday 4-5 pm, Friday 4-5 pm .  

Cost:  $10 per lesson - Receive free Hot Shots T-Shirt.  Racquets are available.  Come and learn the fundamentals of tennis in a social fun environment.

MATCH PLAY - HOT SHOTS 5 pm - 5.45 pm each Friday @ $3.00. 

'TENNIS 4 TEENS'

Term 2, 2021 on Tuesday or Wednesday

Time:  5-6 pm.  Cost:  $10 per lesson.
