Student Leadership Team Leadership Day

In Term One, our Red Cliffs Secondary College Student Leadership Team spent the day with other students in the region to learn and reflect on their leadership style. Hosted by Mildura Rural City Council’s Youth Services, young entrepreneur, Wil Massara guided the students through various team-building and personal reflective activities.

These activities enabled the students to formulate a plan to improve the Red Cliffs Secondary College school community.

The Red Cliffs Secondary College students were divided over two tables, however, they each came up with very similar ideas to improve our school community. This plan is still in development and fine-tuning, but is called “Reddy United”.

Our Student Leadership Team are very enthusiastic and committed to get “Reddy United” off the ground….watch this space!
