Parent Portal

The Parent Portal is a secure link to access college information and the first port of call to find:

Forms and documents
The College calendar and information about school events
Student year-level information
Report cards
Staff contact details
Up-to-date college information
Access to book parent-teacher-student interviews via the PTO tab
Photos

It is essential that if you are a parent or carer of a new student you set up portal access when he starts at the College.

Access the portal by using the email address listed as your primary email contact.
Instructions on how to set up Parent Portal access are included in the Parent Handbook.

Most communication to you will be through email
Please ensure your email address is always up to date, as some emails require your permission so your son can attend college activities

Parent Slips - EdSmart

Parent slips by EdSmart are also used to communicate between the College, parents and carers and can be accessed on your phone, tablet or computer. There is no need to download any apps or register, and the College keeps track of all forms and communications in a secure database.

Parents and carers receive an email notification when a message is sent
The message has a secure link to click on that opens a web page version of the message and/or form to complete and submit

Saints News

Saints News is the College newsletter published three times a term and emailed to parents. This edition and archived copies are available on the Parent Portal and the College website.

Special Achievements

We take great delight in recognising our students’ special achievements and like to share them with the Saints community. If your son has an outstanding achievement outside of school then please tell us about it. We will acknowledge it in Saints News, on the College noticeboard and at times on our social pages.
