From the Acting Principal

Hi everyone,

Thank you to everyone who attended our wonderful carols on Wednesday. We just made it in before the rain, so how lucky were we? It was fantastic to once again have our carols night, and I would like to thank Tessa Canning and Suzanne Lichtenauer for their preparation and work on the night and, of course, the students who sang and danced so beautifully.  A big thank you to all the teachers who helped out, Erica Wright for her work with the Year Four instrumental group, and our amazing community for coming along and supporting the event.

I would also like to thank everyone who donated to our raffles, especially the Cashen, Maddison, Kontogiannis, Massingham, and Trautmann families for their very generous donations. We made about $3000, which we will add to the Trivia Night money to purchase some 3D printers for our STEM program next year.

We have a busy last week and a few days coming up. Tuesday is our Volunteers Thank You Morning Tea,  Wednesday we have our farewell to Ms Harry assembly and afternoon tea, Thursday is Year Six Graduation and Friday is our retirement of Susan Berkeley assembly and afternoon tea.  Please check Compass for further details on all these events.

Our final year assembly will be at 11am on Tuesday December 20. Parents are welcome to attend.

Until next time,

Michelle
