Music News

In November, the Year 7 and Year 8 Music students have had two workshops with visiting schools. 

The first was held on November 3 with Carrum Downs Secondary College visiting us for the day. The second took place on November 17, with Upper Yarra Secondary College visiting us.

 During these days music students got to mingle with other like-minded students and experience playing in a larger ensemble. We played through three new pieces at each workshop and all of the students did an great job learning the new charts.

 Having the chance to play in a group 3-4 times larger than our usual ensemble was great fun for everyone and the sound was amazing!
