From the Business Manager

Business Directory
We would like to hear from any parents in our School Community that own their own small business allowing us to create a directory that we can call upon when quoting for work around the School. If you have a business that we can support please email the details to: businessmanager@jwacs.wa.edu.au.
30th Anniversary Committee
We are accepting Expressions of Interest from parents who would like to join the Committee for our 30th Anniversary celebrations in 2019. The Committee will consist of staff, parents, students and members from the Parents and Friends Association and will be responsible for coordinating a number of exciting events in our 30th Anniversary year. If you would like to be a part of the action please express your interest via email to: businessmanager@jwacs.wa.edu.au.
Car Parking Etiquette
- Parents/Guardians are requested not to park in the drop off/pick up zone (the zone). This area is for the immediate drop off and pick up of students only. Time spent in the zone should be kept to a minimum as students should be waiting for collection under the shelters.
- If your child is not ready to be collected, please do a loop of the car park. You do not have to exit the carpark through the slip road; just do a loop around the car park.
- If parents/guardians exit their vehicles to assist students, they should do so quickly and move out of the zone as soon as possible.
- When dropping off and picking up students, parents/guardians need to drive as far down the zone as possible.
- Parents/Guardians can exit the zone at any point if students have been collected. The solid white line has been replaced with a dashed line to enable this and to allow a quicker flow of traffic.
- If a driver is delayed at the far end of the zone, other vehicles may go around that car and enter the zone, if it is safe to do so.
- Students should exit vehicles on the kerb/path side and not the road side.
- Parents/Guardians should not park in the Springfield Church driveway to drop off/collect children, as this is private property. U turns on Centre Road are dangerous and should not be performed.
- All drivers are requested to please exercise caution and patience.
Thank you for your cooperation.
