CSEF

Families who hold a current, valid Health Care Card will be eligible to apply for the Camps, Sports & Excursion (CSEF) Allowance of $125 per student. If you applied for CSEF in 2019 you do NOT need to complete an application form in 2020 unless there has been a change in your family circumstances (ie Foundation Student). Please come to the Office to collect an application form which needs to be completed and returned together with a copy of your Health Care Card (we can copy it in the office).

Family Statements

We will be sending home Family Statements to the eldest in the family today. Please make sure that you check your child’s bag regularly. Once you have received your statement, please check it thoroughly and see the office staff if you require any clarification. School Fees can be paid via cash/cheque or EFTPOS at the office or via BPAY.

BPAY details can be found on your statement.  A lot of families have had a lot of success making regular BPAY payments on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

Methods of Payment

There are three options regarding payment of the above items:

  1. Pay As You Go – You will be notified of the cost of each relevant activity and a receipt will be issued for each payment.
  2. Pre-Payment – This option is very popular and allows you to pay an amount up front.  Once the office has received your child’s signed permission form, automatic deduction will occur from your pre-payment plan.  You will be notified as your pre-payment needs topping up.  All families will be provided with a statement of expenditure each term and on request.

NOTE:  Parents & Friends School fundraisers, Book Club, Lunch Orders and School

Photos are NOT included in the pre-payment plan.

  1. Individual Negotiated Plan – This could include weekly, fortnightly or other payments but MUST be negotiated by contacting the Principal or Business Manager.

Non-Payment of Excursions, Camps, Special Activities

Children will not attend activities unless payment has been received OR you have discussed the situation with either the Principal or Assistant Principal.  We are aware that at times special circumstances exist which need to be considered BUT you must contact us prior to the activity occurring.

Payment of School Charges is due to the School Office during terms 1&2 (50% each term).  Payment Plans can be organised upon request.
