Year 12 News

Year 12 News.

The Year 12 cohort has been working incredibly hard over the past few weeks to finalise their Unit 3 studies. The students have been making the most of study centre to revise and utilizing their teachers at lunch times and after school. They were also involved in an Elevate study session in which they learnt to manage their time and prepare for their assessments. Year 12 VCE students also participated in the General Achievement Test (GAT) on June the 12th. The cohort was prompt and organized in their attendance at this assessment, the first formal one of the year.

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the Year 12 VCE students on completing their Unit 3 coursework.  We would also like to congratulate the Year 12 VCAL students for their continual dedication to their VET courses and work placements. Keep up the amazing work year 12’s, you are all doing a fantastic job!  Your motivation and dedication to your work is inspiring to see.

To the Year 12 teachers, thank you for all of the hard work and commitment to the students it is greatly appreciated.

A huge shout out also to the Year 12 dance class for their outstanding performance on their Unit 3 SAC. Their performance to Brittney Spears ‘Toxic’ was a narrative dance that told a story of ‘Snow White’. These students were enthusiastic and brought a great deal of energy to this dance. It was a pleasure to watch.  Well done to all involved.

Business Management

On the 29th and 30th of May all of the year 12 Business Management classes attended the Yakult factory for an excursion targeting the topic: Operations Management.  All students conducted themselves beautifully and received a first-hand look at the production process of a manufacturing business.
