Work Experience

Nelly Hewett in 10J completed her work experience in mid May at Benton Junior College.  She had a positive experience and enjoyed her time in a primary school setting.  Work experience employers are required to return an evaluation form to Pathways and this is what Nelly’s supervising teacher had to say about her –

“Nelly is an absolute credit to her school and her family.  She was a natural with the children and demonstrated maturity beyond her years.  She took initiative and organised many things throughout the week without being asked.  She rolled with the changes that happen often, and at the last minute.  In her time in our class she has made a huge impact and will be missed by us all.  I would like to wish Nelly all the best for the future, whatever she chooses to do, but I hope one day to work side by side with her!”
