Expectations for Video Conferencing
Sit somewhere that you will not be distracted.
Be on time for your conference - Have your Laptop charged and ready to go.
Have the book ready that you will use - (maths book or workbook)
If possible, have your back facing a wall so your audience can only see you and the wall.
Please wear appropriate clothing - No pyjamas!!
Turn your microphone off when you enter the session - the teacher will have their microphone on. They will let you know when to turn off so you can speak. (We can 't have everyone speaking at once)
Use agreed upon signals to avoid interrupting.
Chat features: Please only use the chat feature for the purpose of the activity your teacher has set. - think before you type
Make sure you have parental supervision when video conferencing.
