Term 3 School Fees
Please note that the Term 3 College fees and levies will be issued in the week beginning Monday 3rd August. Thank you for your prompt attention to payment of these school fees.
Covid-19 continues to challenge us all, on many different levels. The College is very aware that many families have been impacted by falls in family income, reducing the capacity to cover living costs including school fees. For many families, this uncertainty about family incomes remains.
As a College, our expectation is that families pay what they can reasonably afford to, given the level of family income and individual circumstances. We have already provided additional support mechanisms to families, including fee support, and will continue to do so. Fee relief is available. Our intention is that family financial circumstances will not prevent any child in our College from attending our school.
The Diocese, and College, response to financial hardship has been to extend relief to those most in need and to encourage those who are relatively unaffected by the economic changes to continue to pay their fees. This is the response that is most consistent with the values of the modern Catholic school.
If you haven’t yet sought available fee concessions, that you may be entitled to, please do so as a matter of priority for you and your family. Please email the College (direct to myself, the Principal or the Finance Account team – contact details below).
As always, if you have periodic repayments in place, please ensure the amount you are currently paying, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly will cover your 2020 fees, by the end of November.
If you have any queries or concerns about the payment of College fees, please contact the College on 4044 4200, or any of the following email addresses
