Sacramental Program

This term Catholic children in Year 2 will be receiving the sacrament of Reconciliation and children in Year 3 will be receiving the sacrament of Eucharist (First Holy Communion).  These sacraments are an important part of your child's faith journey.  

Information regarding these sacraments will  be sent home to parents this week. 

Please note: Starting next year, the sacrament of Confirmation will be held every second year, including all Catholic students in Stage 3.

 Please mark these important dates in your calendar: 

Reconciliation:

- Tuesday 11th August 5:30pm - Sacrament of Reconciliation at St Patrick's church (Week 4).

First Eucharist:

- Monday 10th August 5.30pm - First Eucharist Parent Information Night (Week 4 - held at school).

- Sunday 30th August 9.00am Mass - Sacrament of Eucharist (First Holy Communion) at St Patrick's church (This will be at the end of Week 6).

Catholic Schools Week

Last week we celebrated Catholic Schools Week. We began the week with a school Liturgy in the school hall. This was a time to reflect,acknowledge and celebrate our school and all the exciting things that happen each and everyday. 

The purpose of this week is to promote the great work of Catholic Schools across our whole Diocese.
