Jarrod Matulick
Jarrod Matulick

Hey! My name's Jarrod Matulick and I'm a student teacher currently studying my Bachelor of Music Education in Classical Voice at the Elder Conservatorium.

But classical singing isn't the be all and end all with me! I have years of musical theatre experience on stage in notable roles such as the Beast (Beauty and the Beast), Charlie Brown (Yes, there is a Charlie Brown musical, it's quite a good one too!), and the Pirate King (Pirates of Penzance). I also have multiple shows under my belt acting as music director! So I'm sure I'll be able to bring the performer out of my students.

I also have experience teaching pop and jazz. I also offer music theory tuition over Zoom! So if you've ever wanted to write your own music, or just have a fuller musical understanding, this may be a good option for you!

Nicola Grieger
Nicola Grieger

I have been teaching woodwind instruments now for 5 years. I started teaching while I was still at university and have loved it ever since. The main instruments that I teach are; clarinet, flute, and saxophone.

I strongly believe in teaching all my students music theory along side their instruments. This means that while they are learning their instruments they are also learning the basics of music and should come away with a stronger understanding of music. It will also help them with reading their sheet music.
