Well done to the Yr 2’s on their wonderful assembly during the week.  I loved their enthusiasm and seeing the joy on their faces.  The next assembly will be run by the Year 1/2 class in Week 4; it may have something to do with bugs…. 

I would like to congratulate Madilyn McAnulty for being the recipient of the RISE Award for this fortnight.  Madilyn was recognised for displaying the ‘Service’ aspect of RISE; serving her classmates and school community.  Well done, Madilyn.   

A reminder for next week that School photos are scheduled for Wednesday 5 August. Can you please ensure your child is dressed appropriately in their winter uniform.  Also, can the photo form please be returned to the Office, even if you are not ordering photos.

Our Amazing Year 2s

The Year 2s have been following the life cycle of a Monarch Butterfly since late last term. It was a very accommodating butterfly, staying in its chrysalis all holidays so that it could amaze us all in our first week back when it finally emerged! 

We are never too old to watch in awe and wonder at a display of our God’s wonderful creation.
