Parents Association Update:
Mothers Day Stall
Calling all makers, crafters and bakers.
The mother's day stall is coming up fast and will be happening on Tuesday 3rd May. We are seeking contributions from anyone who would like to donate handmade crafts, bought items or baked goods that might be suitable for the kids to give their mums or other special person. If you're a baker, please remember to add your ingredients list. All the items will be sold for $5.

Colour Fun Run
On Thursday 31st March the sun was shining for our annual Marlborough Primary School Colour Fun Run! The kids, teachers and parents had a wonderful time getting sprayed with colour as they made their way around the course.
We raised over $6,600 for the school through the efforts of the whole MPS community, their family and friends.
Thank you to all the students, teachers and parents who participated and helped on the day and with planning, setup, pack up and throwing colour. Also a special thank you to the Baker Family at Dos Amigos Catering who provided yummy food after the run and generously donated their profits to the school.
The Top 3 fundraising families from each house will be contacted in the coming weeks regarding details of the tree planting activity that will take place in Heathmont in June.
Beanie Fundraiser
One of our fundraisers for Term 2 is MPS Beanies! We will be selling these for $20 each with profits going towards fundraising for improving the outdoor areas at the school.
Beanies can be purchased through this link and they will be distributed to the children's classrooms within a week of purchase.
Please note the beanies are not compulsory school uniform and are optional.

Food and Casserole Bank
💚 F O O D + C A S S E R O L E B A N K 💚
Our wonderful Food + Casserole Bank is in need of donations!
For those who are new to the school, our food + casserole bank functions to help out families in our community who are going through a difficult time such as family illness, additional stressors or for families who need some extra support on a regular basis.
We are in need of the following:
Meals for our casserole bank. If you are interested in helping out as a once off or on a regular basis to make meals that are able to be frozen please let me know and I’ll send you some more info!
Grocery items- this can be anything with a long shelf life. Cereals and snacks for lunchboxes or items that can be put together for an easy dinner are some of the most helpful items.
Self Care items- toiletry items, etc.
If you are interested in cooking a meal or going in to a roster to donate neals throughout the year, please contact me either via messenger or 0425 114 866
If you are interested in donating items, these can be handed in to the office.
If you know of a family or if you are a family who could benefit from our food bank please let myself or Neil know.
