Pen Pals - Ms Marinelli

This year in the Pen Pals lunchtime club (run by Mrs Marinelli), we have a great group of committed and enthusiastic writers from Years 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Pen Pals at Trinity is made up of the following students… Sophia, Giaan, Gracelyn, Henryk, Dylan, Amy, Yagmur, Mila, Patrick, Andrew, Vihaan, Edie, Nathan, Adelia, Prytha, Oscar and Douglas.

Pen Pals are organised through Australia Post and we have been matched with students from Perenjori Primary School in Western Australia.

The Pen Pals Club meet once a week and are involved in writing letters to students at Perenjori Primary School. It is very exciting as we get to learn about students from a completely different part of Australia, as well as developing our letter writing skills and making new friends.

This week we wrote our first letters to our new Pen Pals and we will be posting them this week. We are looking forward to receiving our first letters from them too!

Here are some of the Pen Pal students' comments about how they feel about being in the club…
