Media Studies

Last Wednesday myself and group of media students went to Orana Cinemas to watch the movie The Batman. We very much enjoyed the movie and are very thankful to the Great Southern Grammar Media Department for making it happen. I found that the movie broadened my pop culture horizons and allowed me to see new films which I would not have otherwise seen. Seeing new movies allows us to apply what we have learned in the classroom and looking at film and cinema from other time periods and apply that to new cinema and see how it is changed.
