Senior School News

It has been a busy beginning to term 2 for our senior students. The Year 11 & 12 students have already undertaken a number of SACs this term. We also attended the VCE & Careers expo on Friday 29th April, which should help provide guidance and direction for our students as they progress through the year. We have exams coming up for Year 10-12 students later this term and will be providing support for students in their preparation for this exam period.

Year 10 & 11 SWOT VAC day: 10th June

Year 10 & 11 exams 14th-17th June

Year 12 exams 14th June-16th June

The GAT will be running in September this year for all students completing one or more Year 12 subjects. The GAT is undergoing some changes for this year. There will be 2 separate tests this year both running on the same day. The first test will cover literacy and numeracy and the second will be the traditional GAT questions that cover communication, maths/science and general knowledge. The VCAA is releasing more information about the GAT over the next few weeks. We will be running a parent information session and student information sessions about the GAT later in the year.
