ITALIAN NEWS

The students have been preparing for Italian Day on Thursday July 14th. 

Here are some of their posters created to remind the community.

 Italian Day – Thursday 14 July

Italian day is fast approaching and this year we will have a different Italian delicacy to give the children rather than the usual gelato. The wintery treat will be cioccolata calda con pana e un biscotto, Italian hot chocolate with whipped cream and a traditional Italian biscuit. 

“Italian hot chocolate is unique in its richness and flavour. It is hugely popular in Italy and can be found in Italian cafes, pastry shops and even gelato shops. The experience can be made even more decadent with the option of having a whipped cream topping.”

Dairy and egg free options will be offered to the students who are listed for these requirements.

For this treat and a variety of resources required to create artwork, the school is asking for a $5 contribution from parents/carers. This will be set up for you to pay via Compass in the next few days.

Payment is requested by Friday the 17th of June.
