TIPS & TRICKS for REMOTE LEARNING
ICT/Technical issues
We request that you direct any technical queries in regard to IT access issues from home to this email:
I’m sure you can appreciate our College IT has never previously been required to provide remote home access support or troubleshoot in this way previously, but we are committed to providing our best effort to assist you at this time.

Uploading work to Seesaw
Our teaching staff would appreciate you taking a few minutes to watch Miss Kahu and Mrs Cerf explain on this YouTube instructional video about where to upload work for your student in Seesaw – to assist them in monitoring what has been completed and submitted accordingly. https://youtu.be/6BekwNbQh8g
Emailing teachers via Compass
You can easily email your students teachers via Compass, see the photos / screenshots below. Keep Seesaw for those short queries but if you require further discussion or wish to share more detailed information please use email, or email to request a time to discuss further.
Marking your student absent through Compass
This is our preferred method of your advising of a student absence as the Attendance Note on Compass as our Management System feeds through to all the relevant areas of school operation.
School Banking
Message from Commonwealth Bank
The health, safety and wellbeing of our communities and our people remains our highest priority. Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding coronavirus, the School Banking program will remain on hold. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you informed with any updates including how we will be managing Dollarmite tokens for students.
In the meantime, here are some handy online resources for parents who wish to maintain momentum with their child’s financial education:
