Year 9 & 10

Year 9 and 10 students completed their exams last week. Attendance was very high and students seemed well prepared overall. I congratulate students on their efforts and thank staff for all of the work that goes into the exam period. 

Students in Years 7-9 have school purchased laptops. These devices are necessary for students to complete their classwork and homework. If laptops are faulty, it is important that students let the IT team know so that they can determine the issue with the machine and get this fixed as soon as possible. Many issues will be able to be resolved with the warranty on the devices. Where a student has lost a charger or damaged a screen and this is not covered by warranty, families will be contacted about the price of repair and replacement of these items. 

Students are looking great in their uniform! As it is now winter, I remind students and families that those who wish to wear a scarf or a beanie, that these can be purchased from the uniform shop. Worn correctly, our uniform is designed to keep students warm through the colder months.
