Goldsworthy Campus
Re-build
Northern Bay College has been the recipient of Victorian Government funding to finally rebuild our Goldsworthy campus. Considering the buildings at the Goldsworthy campus were constructed when Henry Bolte was in his third year as premier in 1958, to say we are excited is an understatement!
Biuro Ailtiri Architects were appointed for the consultation and design process. They bring over 30 years industry experience in design and delivering complex projects over a variety of sectors, specialising in public, education, community and healthcare projects.
As part of this build, our new Arts and Performance centre will be a remarkable and a long overdue addition to Northern Bay College. Unfortunately, government funding does not permit the theatre to be built to the size required to house a staff meeting/event (400 people), let alone a place where all of our students can gather (1900+). The current build will only seat 250 people. We envisage that this centre will be available as a community resource.
